A wheat ale with soft mouthfeel and slight sweetness of locally grown raw wheat.
Coriander seeds give a citrus flavor and light impression to the beer.
♪ Brett - TABLE BEER (4.5%)
This beer is made for the meal time.
It has a pale color and is easy to drink
for the first beer.
Secondly fermented with wild yeast which is
harvested in our garden. The flavor becomes
more complex with age.
♪ MODERNE (8.5%)
It is our Tripel.
The aroma is like orange zest and clove.
Rich mouthfeel creates long aftertaste.

♪ MOTUEKA PALE ALE (5%)
It is a fresh and light taste Belgian pale ale.
This single hop pale ale brewed with Motueka which is grown in New Zealand.
♪ L'orage (5.5%)
Belgian brown ale which means lightning.
The color is like dark sky, the bitterness of
hop is like a lightning.
It is a good for the wet and hot Japanese climate.
♪ Bonne Chance -2019-(9%)
Bonne chnace is our take on a wheat-wine. This beer fermented with our wild yeast for almost 1year. This beer tastes like a champagne with soft mouthfeel from wheat. Bonne chance means "good luck", so please open this beer at celebration or a happy moment.
♪ SUMMER PORTER (4.5%)
It is a light Belgian porter which is a drink for the humid and hot Japanese summer.

Our first Spontaneously fermented beer!
After long turbid mashing and boiling, we put wort into "the cooling bucket" and brought to the Secret place over night. During the night, all kinds of wild things got started fermenting this beer. After 2years fermenting in the stainless kegs (since we don't have any space for wooden barrels), beer got blended with young beer to be bottled. Beer has very fruity nose like an apricot and gentle sourness and unique astringency from hops. This beer is truly uniquely Kisarazu, we think.

This is a mixed-fermented saison. Very light funky nose from our wild-yeast, fresh herbal character of hops and very dry & bitter aftertaste.

This is a type of saison, brewed with a portion of raw wheat(comes from Chonan-town). soft&juicy mouthfeel of wheat contributes overall drinkability. Fresh lemony hop character and pear or apple like yeast character.

It's a 9% Barley wine fermented with our wild yeasts. Very rich, funky and sour.
♪ Bière de Miel (6.5%)
Brewed with local Japanese bee's honey. Very refreshing floral nose from
honey combined with fruitiness from yeasts. A character of malt like bread
and hop's flavor gives long aftertaste. Fun beer to drink outside.
♪ Kinmokusei (6.5%)
It is Belgian Golden Ale fermented with our wild yeast.
We added osmanthus flower grown in our yard when finish boiling wort.
It has conditioned for 7 months in the bottle.

We put Yamabudou grape(Japanese red grape)
in our spontaneously fermented beer "Koelemmer".
Yamabudou is famous for Sourness, which works for this beer. Yamabudou brings very bright acidity and raspberry like aroma. This is a perfect aperitif in Summer!

♪ Bière de Garde (6.5%)
Brewed in Spring for Fall season. Main character is malt like well baked cookies and bread crust. Our wild yeasts give very complex fruitiness to nose. You can enjoy different flavors top to bottom of the bottle.
♪ Le Petit Bonheur (6.5%)
This name means "A small happiness". This beer is brown ale inspired by Flanders area. Funky and sour but balanced with caramel-like malt sweetness. The label implies ”Widow's mite ”. We want to do same with brewing.
Black beer brewed with our wild yeasts. Rare combination of souness and roastiness. However, malt sweetness gives body to balance with. Three years from brew day is plenty of time for roastiness to drop. Very complex beer you need long time to enjoy!
