 ≪ REGULAR BEERS ≫



  ♪ BLONDE  (5%)

      It is our flagship Belgian blonde ale.
      It has a well-balanced character of flavors from
      all ingredients including malts, hops and our yeast.
  It is a good beer for daily enjoyment.





 
  ♪ Wheat  (4.5%)

   A wheat ale with soft mouthfeel and slight                sweetness of locally grown raw wheat.
  Coriander seeds give a citrus flavor and light               impression to the beer.
  





  
  
  ♪ Brett - TABLE BEER (4.5%)

      This beer is made for the meal time. 
      It has a pale color and is easy to drink
      for the first beer.
      Secondly fermented with wild yeast which is
      harvested in our garden. The flavor becomes
      more  complex with age.





 ♪ MODERNE (8.5%)
 
   It is our Tripel.
        The aroma is like orange zest and clove.
        Rich mouthfeel creates long aftertaste.
     








≪ SPRING ≫


 ♪ Wit Vieille  (6%)

          It does mean "Old wheat beer" which is fermented by our wild yeast.
   The taste is soft and sour. The flavor is complex by our wild yeast.
         This is a first beer we released as naturally cooling wort.
         
   
 ♪ Biwa (6%)

          This beer uses the same loquat which is grown in our yard and used in Wit Vieille.
         The mild sweetness and wild yeast from loquat gives a unique
         character to the beer.
   

 ♪ La Petite Cerise  (6%)

   We pickled cherries grown in our yard and strawberries from local farm to
Wit Vieille.


 ♪ La Petite Prune  (6%)

   We pickled plums grown in Ashikaga, Kanagawa pref to Wit Vieille as same as La Petite Cerise.
   
 ♪ Kinmokusei - 2016 (7%)

   It is Belgian Golden Ale fermented with our wild yeast. And this beer is  infused osmanthus flower as dry hopping. It has conditioned for 8 months in the bottle.



  
  ♪ MOTUEKA PALE ALE (5%)
  
  It is a fresh and light taste Belgian pale ale.
 This single hop pale ale brewed with Motueka which is grown in New Zealand.




 
 ♪ Le Orage (5.5%)

   Belgian brown ale which means  lightning.
         The color is like dark sky, the bitterness of hop is like a lightning.
         It is a good for the wet and hot Japanese climate.
   
 ♪ Cuvèe de Printemps (7%)
  
   Golden Ale for Spring. The hop added herbal essence to the beer.
        The mouthfeel is lighter than expected from 7 % abv.
        It is the brewer's delight to spring visiting. 


  ≪ SUMMER ≫

 ♪ SUMMER PORTER (4.5%)

   It is a light Belgian porter which is a drink for the Summer.
       It is easy to drink with light roastiness and mild carbonation.

   ♪ SOLIDAGO (5%)

   It is a Belgian Ale brewed with golden rod which bloomed in last autumn.
       Bottle Conditioned with our wild yeast for 8 month.
       The mouthfeel is dry and wild yeast creates complex flavor.

    ♪ manos verde  (5.5%)

         It is a Belgian Ale with simple recipe with fermented with our wild yeast.
       It has little sourness and soft mouthfeel.
       Please enjoy the unique character of wild yeast.


 ≪ FALL ≫

 ♪ Bière de Garde (7%)

   We release this beer every fall.
         Our Bière de Garde is a Belgian Amber ale.
         It has a malty and complex flavor, good to pair with fall meals.

 ♪ GIONO (7.5%)

   It is a country dark ale.
         The long aftertaste runs through your nose and it makes you imagine
         you are in a small country town somewhere.
   We pay homage to Jean Giono who is French novelist.

 ♪ MALTINA (7%)

   We named it is a ”malty” brown ale.
         The malt we use creates caramel, raisins and coffee notes.
         You can feel more flavors and taste richer when you serve it
         little higher temperature than usual.

 ♪ Dark Lavender (5.5%)

   It is a Belgian Dark Ale with Lavender grown in the neighbor's garden.
         The beer has light mouthfeel with dark chocolate aroma, and flavor of
         lavender runs through your nose. Romantic flavor gives you relax moment.


   ≪ WINTER ≫

 ♪ MALTINA Yuzu & vanilla (7%)

         A Belgian Brown "MALTINA" brewed with brown sugar, Yuzu
         vanilla beans and a touch of cloves. The mouthfeel is mild and rich.
         This beer was aged for 1 year before release.

 ♪ MODERNE Brown sugar & yuzu (8.5%)

         It is our tripel called "MODERNE" brewed with Japanese brown                            sugar and  yuzu. This beer pairs well with Japanese New Year meals.
         Sweeter than normal one and slight feel of the Yuzu zest.
   
 ♪ Imperial Stout (9%)
         We brewed this Imperial Stout last December and aged for 1 year.
         Thick bitter chocolate like flavor and slightly fruity nose comes from
         Belgian yeast. Drink relaxed and Slow!
